COVENT GARDEN HOME
This large modern home incorporates many modern features including c-bus wiring, under floor heating and a double sided gas fire.
Allied super slab floor provides a well insulated base for the home. Built predominantly out of hebel block, ensured that fixing eternal joinery and finishing’s was not routine. The ground level living areas lead onto an enclosed outdoor area. An in ground concrete block lap pool with an electronic pool cover and fountain are a highlight of the home.
Posi strut joists form the first floor framing, attached to concrete bond beams poured inside the hebel blocks. Hebel power panel flooring provides a sound proof alternative to conventional flooring. Posi struts also provide the base for the large deck off the main bedroom, covered in ply and finished with exterior vinyl. Aluminium weatherboards are also used and provide a cladding requiring minimal maintenance.
