DRY HILLS HOME
Built on 1500mm of compacted hard fill this large modern home features it’s own in ground concrete block cellar with uni-span ceiling forming the floor of the house above. Reticulated in floor heating proving the main form of heating to the house.
The home is of timber construction with plastered hebel panel veneer with distinctive detailed mouldings. A highlight being the copper sectional garage door and copper/French oak entry door. Four aluminium doors slide into the wall cavity to provide a 5.2 metre by 2.4 metre clear opening out of the main living area.
